We’re looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Execution Intern to join the Xodiac team in the Fall of 2025! This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of startup marketing while contributing to meaningful projects that shape our brand and strategy.
As a Marketing Execution Intern, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and promote our agile solutions. From content creation to market research, your work will have a tangible impact on our success.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development: Assist in creating monthly marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
- Event Support: Help plan and promote webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences.
- SEO Optimization & Management: Collaborate on strategies to enhance our online presence for 2025 and beyond.
- Customer Engagement: Manage social media channels, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- Market Research: Study industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine marketing strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Use Google Analytics to monitor and improve marketing efforts.
- Video editing: Use tools to edit podcasts, webinars, and other videos to be posted on our channels.
- Graphics design: Use Canva and other editing tools to enhance our marketing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Pursuing an education in marketing, business, or a related field
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with SEO and digital marketing tools. Basic graphic design and video editing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience: Previous marketing experience is a bonus but not required. Startup exposure is a plus!
- Attributes: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, passion for learning, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
