And a Logo?

The Xodiac logo features four arrows converging at a central point, symbolizing teams achieving more together than alone.

They form a green, flourishing flower, representing a thriving team. A plus sign emerges from the gaps, signifying combined strengths surpassing individual ones, while the design creates the letter X.

Origins of the Maturity Model

In 2019, a frustrated client sat across from Xodiac, drowning in data but missing the bigger picture. “Why does this matter to us?” That question changed everything.

Data shows an organization’s current position but rarely shows how to move forward, especially during times of change.

We built a model to do just that, revealing how change impacts teams, culture, and success. The results were immediate—clients didn’t just see their challenges; they understood them.

Today, Xodiac pairs 60+ years of experience with this model to help businesses navigate and thrive on change.
