Business Improvement Cosultant

The Business Improvement Consultant is responsible for both supporting large programs as well as leading small to medium initiatives including automation opportunities to improve delivery, service management and business processes across the organization.
This role requires collaboration with stakeholders from across the organization- including delivery teams, enabling teams, leaders and Business Sponsors – to analyze data, map processes and communicate opportunities for the initiatives that they are supporting. In addition, the Xodian will benefit from experience in facilitating and leading small group sessions with stakeholders for the initiatives they are supporting as required.
Leverage process excellence best practices from Agile, Lean, DevOps and other toolboxes to design both efficient and scalable processes in order to accommodate future growth. By identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in our clients processes.
