The first of our workshops begins with the end in mind. We guide you through a series of interactive activities to create your North Star, define obstacles, and convert those obstacles into outcomes. Lastly, we collate these into an outcome map that guides subsequent excercises.
Value Stream Map
We visualize your current value delivery process. This exercise identifies constraints and highlights where to focus improvement efforts. We identify any immediate opportunities for improvement. Dependency Analysis

Through the exercises we conduct, we take the numerous action items gathered through our exercises and organize them by importance. To fully develop the Flow Roadmap, we prioritize these steps based on factors like risk, cost, value, time, and impact.
Flow Visualization
This stage involves visualizing all identified elements in a comprehensive Flow Visualization. By displaying the outcomes together, we enhance stakeholder alignment, create a shared understanding and open the door to further discovery opportunities.
