Business Improvement Cosultant

Job Description

If you have a passion for improvement, are comfortable with change and want to help grow through the delivery of enhanced customer and employee experience this may be the role for you!
The Business Improvement Consultant is responsible for both supporting large programs as well as leading small to medium initiatives including automation opportunities to improve delivery, service management and business processes across the organization.

This role requires collaboration with stakeholders from across the organization- including delivery teams, enabling teams, leaders and Business Sponsors – to analyze data, map processes and communicate opportunities for the initiatives that they are supporting. In addition, the Xodian will benefit from experience in facilitating and leading small group sessions with stakeholders for the initiatives they are supporting as required.
Leverage process excellence best practices from Agile, Lean, DevOps and other toolboxes to design both efficient and scalable processes in order to accommodate future growth. By identifying and eliminating inefficiencies in our clients processes. Our team strives to empower our members to be agents of change and problem solvers, while continuously improving processes to achieve operational excellence

  • You are proficient with business process improvement practices including, Lean/Six Sigma Methodology and Agile PracticesLeverage process excellence best practices
