With the end of the year rapidly approaching, many reflect on what happened in 2019. From new customers to conferences to discoveries, it has been an exciting year.

We started 2019 actively engaged and executing on our first shared engagement as Xodiac. The outcome from this helped us refine and focus our assessment offerings, making them easier to explain and provide to our partners.

Another engagement led us to develop Socrates Insights as a metrics measurement tool and companion to our Socrates Advice product. This landed us a booth at the Collision conference, which turned into an excellent opportunity to meet people and refine what that product could be. Eventually, we agreed to put this on the back-burner for now to focus on Xodiac. However, the product exists, and we will continue to look at bringing it to market. You can find out more about it here, and we are always happy to talk about the ideas behind it.

Following on from this, we began working with several other community leaders on strategy for enabling adaptive organizations, focusing on people, risk and information. Stay tuned for more in this space in 2020 as together, we look forward to sharing our thoughts.

With a renewed focus for Xodiac on making your digital transformation matter and in support of our mission to make every team thrive, we continued to refine our delivery model and land new clients and partnerships. This additional focus means we enter 2020 with a healthy business plan, exciting new customers and a world of opportunity.

Happy holidays!
